I built an AI Agent in Cassidy that autonomously responds to customer emails. It uses a multi-step process — querying a knowledge base and drafting a reply. I tested across multiple LLMs for optimal performance and provided evals to refine the output. Before sending, the agent routes each draft for human review, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
I supported the implementation of Google Vertex AI, an AI-powered semantic search tool on Walmart's corporate website. The previous search tool returned too many irrelevant and old news articles and did not support semantic search. I worked closely with the engineering team and created a training document with examples for the AI to learn from and performed extensive testing to tweak the relevancy thresholds.
